Service provider and store terms

Tripumentary is provided by the developer identified in the applicable App Store or Google Play listing. Your download and store transaction are also subject to the terms of that store.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Do not share an account in a way that defeats purchase, security, or usage controls.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.

Your media and permissions

You keep your rights in the photos, videos, audio, text, and facts you provide. You grant us a limited permission to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate features you request, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded media, people shown or heard, music, locations, and sharing. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.

Nonfiction review

Automated analysis can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting people, places, events, emotions, scenes, and narration before approval.

Tripumentary is designed not to generate fictional travel footage, infer identity from a face, or state unconfirmed emotions as facts. You must not use the service to misrepresent generated output as evidence or to harm another person.

Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

• Products, localized prices, currency, billing period, order, and offers are shown by the applicable store through RevenueCat and are not fixed by this website.
• A subscription renews according to the terms shown by the store until canceled through your store account. Cancellation normally applies after the current paid period.
• Consumable episode credits and subscription access are separate. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to fraud or refund review.
• A credit is deducted only when a paid render job is accepted. If rendering permanently fails, the related credit is returned automatically.
• Refunds and billing disputes are governed by the applicable store. A refunded purchase may reverse unused credits or place an account under review when value has already been used.

Outputs and licensed materials

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may save and share the episode created from your content. Tripumentary retains rights in the service, software, templates, branding, and other materials we provide. Third-party music, fonts, maps, and other licensed elements remain subject to their licenses.

Availability and changes

Rendering and analysis may take time and can fail because of device, network, source-media, capacity, or provider conditions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service. We do not promise permanent storage. Keep your own copy of important media and outputs.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access for abuse, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that automated analysis, narration, maps, captions, or output will be accurate or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost memories, lost profits, or unauthorized sharing caused by your actions. Any remaining liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
